Product description:

Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) is a high performance building system for residential and light commercial construction. This product is a panel composed of expanded Polystyrene insulation (EPS) board laminated between Magnesium Oxide boards(Mgo boards).

SIP is manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design. The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective. Building with SIPs will save you lots of time and cost.

Mgo sandwich panel production line

Mgo sandwich panel machine adopts the automatic template device to save the labour cost. It also adopts automatic coating release agent system, by this way the release agent is evenly, less dosage and clean. Roller and forming roller precision is high that makes the board uniform thickness and smooth. Automatic cutting film system adopts fixed length cutting method, cutter does not hurt the template.

Mgo sandwich panel and Mgo board making machine can produce all kinds of Magnesium Oxide boards, they can be used for ceiling, wall skirting, decorating of indoor wall and lining board for furniture. It can replace three-ply board, five-ply board, flake board, MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard ) and Gypsum Board. It is really environment product and lower cost.

2. Raw material and cost analysis

The product is formed with crushed crop straw or sawdust and some inorganic chemical materials at one time after roller-extruding. The source of raw materials is widely and they are purchased easily for customers.

3. Technology features

There is not any requirement about high temperature and high pressure during production processing. The board will be formed at one time after roller-extruding under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure. This is a green environmental-protection project, because that there is no waste water, waste materials and waste gas during its production processing. The finished board doesn't need high temperature drying, air-drying and watering, and under the normal temperature, they will dry well indoor.

4. Equipment Model and Product Specification

According to different production, our equipment has 6 models for large-scale, middle-scale and small-scale. Our all equipment can produce board with same quality and specification but different production.

The board with the thickness of 2-60mm, the biggest width of 1, 300mm and unlimited length. So you can adjust the thickness of board at will. The standard specification of the board is 1.22mX2.44m.

5. After-sale

After purchased the equipment, we will teach relevant technology for free, and will go to your factory for installation and testing until you can produce the qualified product by yourself. Our company will train 2-3 technical personnel for free until he can get the skill. We will take responsibility for provide technical consultation and following-up service for a long time, the equipment warranty period is one year.

We will design the initial layout and design production line configuration for your project, so you can know the land you need and your investment on machinery .

4.Foundation Drawing

We will design the foundation for you, and provide within 15 days after confirming order. Then you start foundation accordingly.
